Thomas L. Clark is a former circuit court judge for the 22nd Judicial Circuit, which presides over Fayette County of Kentucky.[1] Clark was appointed to the court in 1997 and retired on November 26, 2016.
Clark received his undergraduate degree from the University of Kentucky and his J.D. from the Salmon P. Chase College of Law at Northern Kentucky University
